3. Payments & Billing

5. Intellectual Property

Work remains property of Impexive until full payment
Upon full payment, rights are transferred to the client

We are not liable for :
Algorithm changes (Google updates)
Traffic fluctuations
Indirect or business losses

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if :
Terms are violated
Payments are overdue
